Welcome New Employees

Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for the medical plan only. Employees working at least 40 hours per week are eligible for Medical, as well as Dental, Vision, Basic and Voluntary Life and AD&D, Disability and voluntary benefits. Coverage for newly hired employees begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. 



All benefits you select will remain in effect until the next annual Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event.  If such an event occurs, you must make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the event date.  Please see page 4 of your benefits guide for more details.
